I have a parcel of land that would be perfect for Paulville. It is located 2 miles north & 2 miles west of the center of Dell City, TX. The road ends at the property and has a rise to the north with excellent views of the Guadalupe mountains & surrounding farm lands. This is in a good farming area if you wanted to be self sufficient.
