I've been wondering the same thing for a long time now. It would seem everyone involved in the project just vanished. It is possible they are enjoing their new plot of land, but it is more likely this project is simply dying. I hope that is not the case. If anyone out there knows anything, now would be a good time to speak up.

Status of paulville.. well paulville is a idea of groups forming communities but if your refering to the west texas location. One person moved to the area already heard from them a while ago and others are alive and well..
We developed a mailing list for that properties investors only and carry out any conversation there. for the most part its quiet as most people cant just up and leave there current situation and move there entire life instantly.
In my case, were making plans and slowly making headway. We will be visitingand setting up a rough camp on ou plot of land this spring hopefully. We have many things in place or in motion to move there.
Our family is planning on being totally off grid on this property and are purchasing the things we wil need when we move, such as solar panels bateries chargers etc. And we will move into a large travel trailer at first while we build and get estabished.
If you have not noticed the economy is kind of crappy right now and for most and my self included id rather stick it out in here for a year or two and make the move when im ready to go. Thats our plan anyways.. plan, stage, and act.
However every day I look at the weather there, and every day wish I were there especially now that its winter and were in Minnesota. For us this is a long term goal in life.
Im expecting a property tax bill for the property soon, its only about $3 a acre.. so no worries.. other than that just planing and slowly working our way there... at least for our family.
But a vacation there is overdue and will happen this year.

Are you still seeking investors in the West Texas property? Is the cost still $500 and does that include 1 acre of land? If so, I'm interested!

All shares are and have been sold for quite some time , the cost per share (acre) was $180 for the land purchase we made.
The $500 figure stated on the main page was a target cost to establish communities.. each community buy is organized by individual groups.. I know there are many different people looking for groups to look for property all over the country.. The west texas property was just the first land purchase.

Here is the latest that I know , have not been on site for a few months.. My site is semi develped for long term camping.. and were going back down with a second member this month to develop his site. However others could have visited and set up stuff with out my knowlage int he last few months, We don't police this thing.
This project fromthe get gio was not ment to be developed over night.. but it's there and it's slowly being developed.
This project was more of a idea , that suprisingly actually developed.. Every person involved is busy with there regular lives.. and there just like every one else.. And just like other great ideas.. it takes time.
